Are there more right-wingers in America or more left-wingers?
Q. The terms left-wing and right-wing originated in the era of the French Revolution. The right-wing was the wealthy-elite, ruling-class aristocracy along with the church hierarchy who owned massive tracts of land. The left-wing was the underclass of workers, farmers and small merchants. The separation of society is along class lines. It is the division of wealth that determines political position. If you are working class, you are a member of the left-wing. If you are a rentier (one who makes money through bond interest payments, dividend payments, rents and/or royalties) you are a member of the right-wing. A. I completly agree, in that sense, i think there are obviousely more left wingers, its just that americans are so dumb, they dont realize it. They are perfectly ok with starving to death and being prisoners who are exploited, they are easily brainwashed with religouse fervor to keep some of them in their place. I agree, if america was a smart country, we'd be a France or UK.

A. I saw SiCKO Fri night and it was pretty amazing. It showed the 9/11 rescue people who were called heroes by Bush and Giuliani but now they need health care from the injuries and problems they got working on ground zero. Why won't America take care of our heroes??? That's the question we need to answer. Also how can every other country like us give everyone health care and why can't we??
