A. I tend to watch a lot of the senate proceedings.. I get some news from fox and some from cnn.. Try to balance things out a little bit..Cloture may seem like a real obstruction to passing legislation but as you know it is to prevent a tiny majority from passing legislation.. I think it is absolutely necessary to the law making process.. It results in a system where no bill is ultra liberal or ultra conservative. It kind of forces both sides to make compromises so they can get to the 60 votes to give the bill an up or down vote. However, it becomes a problem when neither side is willing to make those compromises..I dont even know if I really answered your question, but I think a good start would be to reconfigure the business lobbying… [cont.]

A. I believe it is because there are more people with enough education to see Obama for what he is. It doesn't take an MBA to realize that voting for whom ever your countries enemies feel is best for you, is a bad thing.
